BearX's Jason Eure, Mason Waldrup, and Robbie Rob hale from entirely different musical backgrounds to form their own unique sonic venture.

Bear Crossing's, "Our Friend, Hope" is a conceptual full-length album (debuted CMJ Top 200) that is drenched with metaphors attacking corrupt politicians and evil empires to championing that a lost love taken from you is something worth dying for. Their stadium style live show captivates and will have you chanting anthems and raging to aggressive breakdowns.

For fans of Muse, The Mars Volta, Thrice & Coheed and Cambria.

Supporting major-label artists: Minus The Bear, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Rogue Wave, and Fanfarlo; Bear Crossing was set to embark on their 52 date cross-country tour in March 2011 to coincide with their full-length album release, "Our Friend, Hope."

DISASTER STRIKES! Jason, the singer/guitar player, paralyzed his left vocal chord. The band, put out for more than a half year had to postpone shows, cut one song from their album, and Jason had to finish tracks with one vocal cord. Jason went under the knife and made a full recovery in September 2011. With the front man prime as a peach, Bear Crossing had their long awaited SOLD OUT CD Release show for "Our Friend, Hope."

Bear Crossing's approach is to bring the rage and connect with the crowd. With a year of strife behind them, Bear Crossing is showing no signs of surrender.
